HOW I CAN HELP

Support for the way
you actually live.

From getting out of your chair to getting out of your front door, care starts with what matters to you.

01

Move better at home

Work on the strength and movement you use every day, in the rooms where you use them.

  • Getting up from a chair or bed
  • Walking from room to room
  • Navigating steps and doorways
02

Feel steadier on your feet

Build a plan around your balance concerns, your abilities, and the activities you want to feel more comfortable doing.

  • Feeling unsteady while walking
  • Worrying about another fall
  • Turning and changing direction
03

Work toward getting out

Break down the movements between your living room and your next meaningful outing.

  • Managing the front step
  • Getting to and into the car
  • Preparing for an outing you miss

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Let’s make the
first step clearer.

Practical support for moving at home, staying active, and getting back to the things you enjoy.

Care comes to your home.
The right service starts with a conversation.

What can you help me with?

Getting up from a chair, walking around your home, managing steps, feeling steadier, and working toward the outings you miss. In-home care focuses on your everyday goals in the space where you live.

What’s the difference between physical therapy and wellness?

Physical therapy includes an individual evaluation and skilled treatment for movement and functional difficulties.

Wellness supports general exercise, staying active, and an established exercise routine when skilled therapy is not needed. It is a separate service, not a physical therapy visit.

Can you help me stay active after physical therapy ends?

Yes. When skilled therapy is no longer needed, wellness visits can help you keep up an established exercise routine, stay active, and make movement a regular part of your day.

Do I have to be homebound?

No. You may simply find it easier to receive care at home, or you may want help working toward getting out more comfortably.

Who can book, and how do payments work?

Cash-pay physical therapy is available for people who are not enrolled in Medicare. Medicare beneficiaries may book appropriate self-pay wellness services only; these are not physical therapy visits and are not billed to Medicare. If skilled therapy is needed, we’ll discuss an appropriate therapy provider. A 45-minute visit is $130; packages are $500 for four visits or $960 for eight. Service fit and fees are confirmed before scheduling.

Can a family member or caregiver join?

Yes. With your permission, a family member or caregiver can join the visit, share your goals, and help you follow through with appropriate activities at home.

Which areas do you visit?

Perry Hall, White Marsh, and surrounding communities. If you’re in Nottingham, Parkville, or another nearby area, email to check availability for your address.
